Hi all,
Welcome back and to my latest video post! Today I’m showing how I do my pin curl set for this 1940’s inspired hairdo. This ‘do features fluff curls at the back and some sculpted feature curls at the front. I’ve also got the setting pattern pasted as an image below the video for an easy reference! This is just part 1 showing my set and part 2 will cover the styling of it.
For this set I’m using pin curls and a mix of pincurl clips and bobby pins to put them in place! I go over all my techniques and tools in the video too. This is my sort of base wetset and I find it very easy to modify for different looks. This set will give you gorgeous waves as well if you just brush it straight – which you will see in Part 2 – The Styling!
And here’s the setting pattern illustration!
